The property comprises of 62 deluxe rooms and suites and 34 brand new execuitive studios and apartments (all of them with a panorama view to the outdoor swimming pools and Vitosha mountain). It also features food and beverage outlets, exclusive banqueting and conference facilities, landscaped gardens, luxurious spa, spacious indoor and outdoor swimming pools, Sofia's best tennis club and complimentary parking for 120 cars.
